Pure curiosity and it's always bugged me.

Is there a screenshot somewhere of Asuka's corpse from End of Evangelion? Supposedly it just flickers by (along with another million images in that movie)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

it never actually shows her corpse. What flashes is actually the remains of EVA 02 after being pecked away by the MP EVAs

not that it maters because she got brought back to life

because shiji saved the world by making a concious descision tht he did not want the world to end

Actually, there is an incredibly brief shot of Asuka's rotting corpse with maggots in her eye sockets. I think it goes by when she's saying something like, "I don't want to die.". It's been a while since I watched it.
