Hi , i stumble on to some nice zip/pic but cant seem to open the file ,example in the picture attached I download from a japanese IBBS .

Dl key is 萌え連 file is 19 mb , i can dl the file but the password for the zip should also be 萌え連 but cant open , can you guys try and see , and if your version of un-rar can open would you mind upping to rapidshare or megaupload or sth please
