As to #18, the full video is floating around on different boards. I think it is around 30 minutes long. It is usually titled "Japanese News Girl" and says the woman is named Hita.
I'm afraid I can't be of much help with your question, since I haven't seen the movie in question and since she's done so many movies that it would be difficult to find the right one by looking at covers.
