Don't. Just bookmark them. They get names of people that add you to their favorites and can selectively ban you. Awatake banned me when he noticed me on Pixiv. Best not to leave a footprint.

I think the translation is supposed to reference the meat that was stripped form the breast (really fatty tissue and skin, w/e) was minced/ground and stuffed strategically back into the breast at certain points, which was then sutured to make the "shit pile" form (the form which is referenced). It takes a couple reads for it to make sense since it becomes a bit broken in English.
