Blue was a shemale in the manga. That part of her in the anime was probably edited out in the english release as it was never revealed or brought up.
In her finale scene she is in the middle of raping a woman when Jack appears and chops her head off. Later she's found by the leader of their gang who then grieves for her soon eats her flesh.

Blue is a famous Violence Jack villain, simply for the charm and how she gets hacked up like >>13 before being eaten. Although shemale guro is rare, I don't know if there were other mangas with regular evil women with VAGINAS that Violence Jack tore up, or it's just an all male guro fest with him. Any ideas?
