A while ago I actually found a hentai movie on the web that featured these two things. Sadly I never kept it and the movie itself has probably long been taken down.

No there wasn't any of that in it. as I mentioned above the whole enema and diaper scene wasn't as graphic as you would think, in fact we don't see any scat or even the diaper soiled when the guy throws it away.
