I think the poster meant (s)he does not know how to upload via RapidShare/Megaupload.
I wouldn't suggest uploading via RapidShare unless you password-protect your files and give the password in deep parts of the channel such as the request boards. Some person seems to be having fun complaining about the content and getting guro archives deleted from it.
