So... how exactly would one tell the difference between "raped to death" and ordinary rape and/or necrophilia? Raping someone to death is a long, often tedious process, even with assistance, and (in picture form) it would be rather difficult to determine if the victim has (finally) died or just passed out from sheer physical exaustion, making this particular niche of sick fuckery a rather tricky one to adequately fill.

Regardless, I'd like to see some of this.
