I've heard of one Japanese comic based on Elizabeth Bathory, this might be it. However, Bathory didn't have a press for blood, and I don't know if the artist for that comic took such a liberty.

So I guess the artist may have taken some liberties.

Now all we need is a title.

血, 女, グロ, コミック, バートリ and エルジェーベト won't help.
The filename makes me think this comes from a comic, not a doujin.

this image is by RAITA if you couldn't tell from the text. I think it is just from the afterword portion of one of his/her books, rather than being a complete story. I'm not sure which book it is from, but you can download scans of RAITA's work from this link:

That's from the "Inyouchuu" game. There was a bunch of guro in the game but none of it made it into the anime version. The anime is still awesome in its own way, though.
