What is Canola (Rapeseed) Oil?
Canola oil, also called lear oil or Lorenzo's oil, is a specifically bred variety of rapeseed.
The mustard (or brassica) family also includes broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale and mustard greens. All can be deadly to humans.

What is Erucic Acid?
The erucic acid content is linked to cancer. Canola Oil has been linked to blindness and mad cow disease also.
