Assume that one day you meet leader of some suicidal cult whose all purpose is to die in most painful way to achieve some heaven after death. They are all going to commit mass suicide next week, but if you convince to the leader that you may help in torturing and killing cult members properly he will delay their suicide event indefinitely until you do your job.
So you must kill at least one person in a week and they all are very enthusiastic about your help. Also you are completely sure that nobody will punish you in any way and you can refuse you duties any time in which case they will all commit suicide.
Of course you have big selection of woman and men in 15-30 year range, fortunately there are no severely underage children and none belongs to any family so no need to feel any guilt.
So lets fantasize what you would do in such case. Of course you may contact police and try to prevent their action, but you face risk for revenge in that case. You can't keep cult members as servants for too long since they expect to suffer and die. Also you may attempt to somehow take control over that cult if you manage to kill their leader and become new prophet but that is not easy to do and requires some time.

I guess I'd do it. However I'd have to ask all of the male members to either commit suicide or search for another executioner as I'm not going to touch them!
Then I'll look at the females in age order. The ones above 25 are also out, except if they're really really beautiful. Those below 18 (17, 16, etc) are in except if they're fat - I don't like fat people.
The rest (18-25) will have to go through a very severe check-up before I accept them. They have to be young in appearance, good looking and healthy. Extra points if they are Asian or if they're virgins. The ones I don't accept go with the mass suiciders.
I'll be paying closer attention to those below 18 as I usually take care of girls that are my age or below (shh!). I take it that usually people above 15 appear mature and will be ready to die, however if there are girls below 15 in that cult I'd take very special care for them and will help them through. Obviously, if their religion requires ultimate suffering in order to reach Heaven, they'll have to suffer, but it won't be anything nasty - it'll be very clean and as bloodless as possible. I'll also comfort them as I'd probably feel a little sorry for them little ones.
Also - how am I going to kill them? Well, I have some ideas, but I think I'd rather use Akagsit's methods (chain through ass, vivisection, etc). That is, if the girl doesn't have any other wishes. If that's the case then I'll try to follow her instructions as close as possible.

Agreed, it's too permissive. I think what gets a lot of people off is that killing is wrong, and sex crimes are regarded with the highest degree of contempt. Therefore having a cult tell you it's all ok is similar, in my mind, to that episode of 'How I Met Your Mother' (I know, lame rite?) that I saw recently wherein Marshall, a married man, states that to fantasise about another woman he has to kill his wife off in fantasy first so as to have 'waited the right amount of years' in the fantasy for him to sleep with another woman. It just seems unwieldy and sanatises the fantasy when the fun should come from the thrill of doing someting wrong.
