Done.

A part of me wants to shout "mods are gods" while proud exhilaration fills my heart. I love mods.

In b4 "ad hominem".

6 Name: Anonymous : 2009-10-27 18:57 [Del]

There's one in /g/ that could take some deleting, too.

Feel free to post links other threads you think are disrupting the board, and we'll have a look.

Those have been bothering me too, but i just end up facepalming and boycotting /f/ for a month, only to return seeing another thread. It feels like /b/.

10 Name: Envy : 2009-11-07 10:12 [Del]

Most of those threads have been dealt with now but it appears those threads that are obvious request threads are still alive. Why is that? I mean, do you want to give the impression there's nothing wrong with making threads like that?

Is it a problem? I mean, most of them have something relevant for a start. If you think he's doing it wrong, just sage and tell him to delete the thread and <--/req/ or if you're really smart, point out that there's already a thread about it here: >>#######.

>>>11 Is it a problem?

Absolutely. Request threads outside of /req/ are merit-less, they bump decent, legitimate threads off the front page and fulfilling the request only encourages the idea that you can get something for nothing outside of a space designed for that purpose.

>If you think he's doing it wrong, just sage and tell him to delete the thread and <--/req/ or if you're really smart, point out that there's already a thread about it here: >>#######.

All things I do already. I'd rather they were simply removed though, like how one removes an ugly stain from an otherwise pristine dress.

THIS.
These game threads have been everywhere lately, even in other chans. They're full of non-related BS and don't really fit (as in, /g/ material all over /f/ and vice versa).

Reasoning accepted.

Game threads are like the winds of change: They blow in some fresh air to the boards. I think it's normal that some leaves fall in from the trees outside of the garden. So I guess someone should take an axe and chop down the weed around the perimeter.

Thank God for this thread.

Time for a new batch. I get no pleasure out of this.

http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/70914.html - Straight bondage thread that has no place in /f/. Some people think this is fine because they personally dislike /d/.
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/69705.html - Could use a clean up. Renders and toons.
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/70357.html - Total shitfest.
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/71034.html

http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/70871.html
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/70972.html
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/69408.html
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/70870.html
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/69345.html
http://img.gurochan.net/f/res/70841.html

Honestly, I'd apply to be a mod/janitor in order to clean this shit up myself if I didn't think it would take a year to get a reply. And I'd rather my eligibility to be judged on my actual posts rather than an auto-fellating essay sent by email.

Actually, you're just bringing attention to these threads, helping /b/tards bumping them with random drama or in the worst case, rebel contribution.

You sure are enthusiastic.

I'd apply myself, but I'm afraid I'd end up deleting pretty much everything that I would deem unfit, which is most likely above 50% of the content on Gurochan right now.

19 Name: Envy : 2009-11-10 11:09 [Del]

>>17
Go ahead and point out an example of this.

>>>18 You sure are enthusiastic.

I care about GUROchan. What else can I say?

I was once very enthusiastic too, but I was deemed a troll every time I explained why this and that content shouldn't be here.
I hope you have more luck than I had.

>>12 "like how one removes an ugly stain from an otherwise pristine dress."

This is GUROChan. You know,G-U-R-O. There's supposed to be ugly stains...blood, slime, brains, sick and twisted thoughts...
This isn't Cinderella, this is Carrie.
You used a REALLY bad analogy for claiming to support GUROChan.

Please e-mail me. I get a lot of mod requests, and (unfortunately) haven't replied to everyone.
