It is possible that someone who hurt themselves physically may feel bad about it afterwards and blame gurochan for their actions in order to make themselves feel better.
I doubt it would happen but it could and this is just a way to make sure that gurochan wont get shut down or anything.

Also I think men can hurt themselves by masturbating for a long period of time. I'm female so I'm not 100% sure on that. I remember when I was younger though I tried to see how many times I could climax and the next morning I was really soar down there. I didn't do anything for a long time after that...
So I suppose it is possible to be physically hurt by content here.
But then again, you can choose to just not fap...

By the way, whats it called when a girl masturbates? Its fap for boys so I've always just used masturbate.
