Op here, ive just tried to do a search on google with a combination of "anal syringe" "giant syringe" "enema syringe" but however none of those items i found weere like the one in the earlier pic. Is there a more specific name to it?

I do not know if there are syringes exactly like the one depicted. It could very well be that the artist drew it without a model.

But I'm no medical person, so I have no idea.

Once Beautiful is right. There is no special term for it, just a syringe that's used for enemas. They exist in multiple forms.
