I love porn, but there's 3 genres I can just not really get into, and only 3 genres. Those are: loli, futa and scat... Is it just me or are those 3 genres the only Anime porn popular anymore? It's ironic, I used to really love anime porn about, well, 10 years ago, but the anime porn I used to like just doesn't seem to exist anymore.
I check for new manga a few times a month and find nothing but loli mags anymore, what happened to bondage, torture and all that good stuff? I guess what I'm saying is, I'd like to hear feedback if you think these things just arn't what they used to be anymore?

I too see a lot of futa, but i cant follow you on the scat part. But if you want non loli, scat doujinshi try out Fakku. It's rare to see loli and futa in there and i have never run into any scat. Otherwise just use 4chans /h/. Loli is outlawed and futa goes in /d/. Scat i almost too extreme for /d/, so you don't run into that either.

Anyway, yes, there's loli everywhere. Until I read your post, I thought that was the normal state of things. I wouldn't know, I haven't been into this for that long. 10 years ago? If what you mean is the majority of nowadays anime/hentai/eroge, I think its just like a trend. Pure and innocent. Even futa rae cute, hell even the male characters is cute (I'm talking about trap). But someday it'll fade away from the mainstream.
What I feel funny is that this trend drags lot of newbie otaku who basically is not quite capable of being lolicon. There's a friend of mine that's still in high school that goes moe-ed over loliyuri and such. He feel like having a pride and felt accepted in the internet when he goes self-proclaimed 2d lolicon mode. When I asked him about that he said that the high school girls today is not pure. I went facepalm and think, well kid, you're not so pure either. I've made up this theory that has almost zero backing but its what I've concluded over the past few years of observing society. Two rules: Everything progresses, and Everything is cyclical.
1) By progression I mostly mean going from conservative to liberal. Thats what happens with fashio; skirts get shorter, sex-age gets younger, things get more perverse and liberal. In the good old days, people scratched to find yuri hentai, I know I did. Now, hetersexual hentai not accompanied by any fetishism is a rarity. People basically get bored of the old stuff. Thats in our culture - always new and exciting. Film directors try their hardest not to be cliche, but rather to bring something new to the table. And thus, progression in the hentai industry is not made only apparent, but inevitable. Which way it skews (lolicon innocence or grandma-shitting-dicknipples) is a different story and I'm not trying to answer why the trends, as you say, might be loli futa and scat. But I am attempting to explain why you might be having a hard time finding more "normal" shit. The majority of society (world-wide or western cutlure alike) has moved on and potentially left you behind in one regard (hentai).
2) Now, if everything progresses as I stated above, how might society maintain its existance without going asinine? If everything progresses, there must be an end right? Wrong - society has installed a failsafe, and that is to make things cycle. This explains old trends that come back such as the bob, etc. Better evidence is how economies go through cyclical infliation and deflation, becoming richer and richer until everything falls into a great depression and starts to build upwards again. I wont go into details, but I'll explain from a hentai POV as this is the area you're probably most intrested in. As i've stated, people get bored of the old stuff. They constantly want new and exciting ways to gratify themselves. This is why fetishism is ever so important. I mean c'mon, we've gone from days where simple pre-marital sex was considered a deviation. Now we have girls shitting all over eachother? But here's real kink: which one of you can say that you first openned your eyes to any form of pornography and had scat or futa as the first thing you've seen? No one. Like good wine, fetishism is an acquired taste. You must climb from point 0 to the top, because until you do, the top will disgust you. And you won't find lolicon hot, or porn-like. You'll find it attrocious. The funny thing about the internet is that it tries to follow all humans of all ages, but eventually must lean to one moreso than the other. Each year, it is harder for newcomers to get into hentai because each year, it becomes more deviant, and thus each year the newcomer must assimilate him or herself into something that they've had no previous backing in. But the problem with that is.. you can't get INTO loli or futa or scat if you've never seen the good ol' stuff for a first few years.. I'm talking generally, of course. So what happens in the end? People reject it. They will reject hentai and it will become obsolete. There will be another form of gratification, be it normal porn (though the same trend follows that as well). The point isn't to think of what it could be, the point is that hentai will cycle out of our interests in the following years, however much that might be. And when it does, and years and years pass, it might immerge again - and when it does, it will be back to the good ol' hentai you've been craving. Sucks that you'll be old or dead when that happens :P
When I first got into porn, it was the kind with real people. I only moved over to hentai because the real stuff wasn't extreme enough. Sure there was rape stuff, but no monster rape (and good bestiality is a chore to find), and I eventually slid into guro. At first I thought guro was atrocious but now I love it. I think the main reason why hentai is much more perverse is that the artists can get away with more. Real porn does real sex well already that the hentai artists need to find their own hook. Real porn can't legitimately go into underage sex, good tranies are hard to find, and scat is too extreme for most actors. I've always seen hentai as a source of extreme porn so this trend isn't a real shock. When I want to fap to just 2 people doing it or (heaven forbid) just 1 person, I stick to the real stuff.

Like you said, fetishes are acquired. My thought is everyone has them in the beginning but needs to go through a triggering process (traumas included) to uncover them and realize they have them - much like unlocking a 'skill' for the RPG maniacs. To me, animated pornography only progresses according to what sells and what doesn't (demand/offer rule). If you are an artist striving for money, you'll want to try and draw stuff that sells well at cons. Also, society evolves. Sexual talk and practices become less taboo as time passes. As a result, drawn porn becomes 'harder'.
I think the only reason futanari material sells so well is because it covers both genders and (I won't say denial this time, because it really seems to make some people rage here) probably provides them males with a 'safe' way of masturbating to male genitalia. Now, that doesn't mean everyone will like it someday, because we're still many to hate it with a passion.
Sure, everyone could go ahead and explain how this one fetish is cool and hip and stuff and that one is sick and disgusting and oh my God stay away from it - be it yaoi, futa, pregnancy, tentacle rape, scat, loli, yuri or any kind of material, really.
But when talking about fetishes, it's hard to be neutral. If you don't have them, your arguments will be full of prejudice, and if you do have them, you will be biased.
While you can sometimes tell what triggered tastes, you can't explain them.
