My recent ex-boyfriend and first love decided that cheating on me and lying shitless was the best way to show how he cared. I dumped his ass and now we are 'talking' as 'friends'. I'd like to know...what are some good mental ways to fuck with his head??? Mental torture! I need some ideas! I'm not asking for a personal army or any of that shit, I just know if you guys are as sick or sicker then me you've got minds full of yummies to share! ;D

I'm not sure if you already do or not, but this is just a suggestion. Make some deep cuts on your upper arms then wait until they scar over. The next time you're alone with him, act very depressed, eventually saying "Can I trust you with a secret?" and roll up your sleeve, while explaining how you've been extremely angry about him cheating on you. That should fuck his mind quite well.

If your former boyfriend is overly proud of himself like most of them men, it won't be easy, because he won't even feel guilty about deceiving you and/or will easily forget about it (and that's not what you want). Still, it's worth a try.
First of all : don't interrupt him, don't threaten him, and don't let him touch you in any way - try not to touch him either. Listen to him until he's done talking, but do not get influenced.
If you can only talk to him via the tubes, the only thing you'll be able to exploit is remorse : play dumb, chat about random things, but make sure to throw in some of the reasons why you dumped him in the discussion. He'll probably start to make things up again. Reply with something along the lines of "It's alright, I'm used to this". Do it several times, and make sure he gets your point. You're a girl. You are neither a cheap whore nor an idiot. You've had it with the lies. You're angry now.
If you can talk to him for real, then here's the real deal. Add facial expressions. Smile. A lot. A cold, creepy smile, combined with either kept down or burning eyes (if you can hold them). Both work rather well. If you are in a closed room, move around as if you had ants in your pants or something. Fake tics. Whenever you get a chance, sneak behind him and keep talking. If he asks for forgiveness, then here's another chance. Say that you are sorry but you've had enough. Laugh. Make sure he leaves the room quite uncomfortable, or even totally scared.
Even though you can't really tell him you prefer girls if you don't (you don't want to end up being the one mind-tortured afterwards), you can still humiliate him by making up some kind of lie among those lines, especially if you have never lied to him before ! The trust bond is broken. There is no reason to hold back.
Be imaginative. Don't just rely on other people, sometimes your anger can talk in your place.

I think it kinda depends on how long the two of you were together, and how close you ended up being. It also depends a lot on whether he still gives a shit about you or not. Finally I think a factor is if you want to keep him around as a friend or not.
