I really want to be able to harm myself in a way that produces quite a lot of blood, and preferably an awesome scar in a secreet place. But! I'm a bit of a pansy and I don't want to hospitalise myself.

Asking to be "harassed" might as well just be you who wants to use gurochan as your personal army. So, no.
It might just be my imagination wandering, but it sounds like bullying. Wanting to make a mark like that which doesn't require hospitalization and online harassment... anyhow, i watch too much anime.
