It's called Genocyber, and yes, it's fucking old, so anyone who's been here a while might have heard of it. For those who haven't, it has tons of debowelling, body mods, torture, and more.

UROTSUKIDOJI aka Legend of the Overfiend is probably the most classic and best I've seen of guro anime.
Check that out if you haven't seen it already.

It's a shame there are so few episodes of the anime of Berserk, I really liked the tone of it.
I love Berserk, it's my favorite manga by far.
However the anime left much to be desired, as is sadly the case with most manga to anime creations.
If you haven't read the manga of it, try it.
A lot was missed out of the anime as is usually the case and the story goes on (and is still going on in fact) in the manga so you might want to check it out.
Plus manga is almost always better.
Anyone ever read Vagabond? It's in the same kind genre as Berserk. There's a scene near the beginning where a minion comes to a commander and says "Hey, I found a girl!" and the commander replies simply "Rape her..."
Love the blood and gore, although I don't think there's much for sexual themes.
