fter watching all these Raids, and especially after stumbling upon ( http://genki-genki.com/modules/tinyd36/index.php?id=13 ) I've started to consider "worms" as a fetish. But I am not sure whether it is safe or not, so I am here to inquire about that, hopefully some of you might be knowledgeable enough to tell me whats safe and what isn't? Currently I have a cautious disposition to believing that worms are completely harmless, no matter what you do? I could be wrong ^^;
Earlier today I bought a bundle of 24 worms (though one was dead, so make that 23.) I took them all out of the dirt-stuff they came in, washed them, and watched as they squiggled around in a puddle of clean water. The water soon after became a little dirty, and I wondered why. After I put a bundle into my mouth, I felt as they were squiggling around there, trying to either escape or enter down my throat. It was such a weird sensation! I wanted to bite onto them but I didn't, I was scared that their insides could contain bacteria? When I spat them back into the bowl I opened my mouth and my tongue and teeth were completely covered in worm poop!! I have yet to put them into my ahem or anus.. I'm too scared, thats why I need your help!

Eating dirt isn't good for you, but as long as you're not stuffing it down in large quantities it's not terrible either. And they're worms, not tape worms or something, so it's not like they can survive inside of you if you lose track of them.

Overall I think (my opinion which may be wrong) that generally they should be ok. I'd suggest against some of the more exotic worms though.

use only insects you bought in a shop as food for pets like spiders or lizards. This will guarantee the lowest possibility of contamination with any really nasty biohazards.
I' ve never been bitten by a worm, but if you should try on other insects, always have a look at wikipedia first. There are a lot of poisenous bugs, which someone might not expect to be poisenous.

Segmented worms are generally harmless. My one concern is that most earthworms are found in the ground, which is full of a bazillion species of bacteria and parasitic microorganisms. Seriously, anything from fecal coliforms to roundworm eggs to Aspergillus niger spores. The place that you got your worms from has to grow them in a controlled environment, but that won't guarantee they'll be free of things that can make you sick. At least your risk of death is something like one in a million.
There's a long way and a quick way to do this safely. First is to raise your own worms in sterilized soil: bake the soil, then allow it to cool and replenish the lost moisture. This'll probably get tedious for you real fast, unless you have the dedication and resources of that guy from Momoyama Jirou's comics. The quick and dirty way is just to rinse the worms with ethanol before playing with them. This'll paralyze them for a short while, but you'll have a hard time actually killing them with this (much to my dismay when I had to dissect one). Plus you might catch a buzz while you're playing.
Beyond that... I think you're blazing new territory in fetishes. Give us a heads up on what you're doing every once in a while?

I think it mostly depends on where the worms come from. I dig up worms almost daily out of a garden to feed to my pond fish. But, the worms I dig up I wouldn't put anywhere near my moist parts, because they grew in either a mulch pile(including kitchen scraps) or a horse manure pile(just, eww).
If you're worried about your worms' origin and cleaness , I think that letting them live for a few days or weeks in something relatively sterile would make them much more safe. Perhaps buying some potting soil and adding some grass clipping for the worms to munch on. When you dig them out days or weeks later, you'll know they have nothing in them but potting soil and grass clippings in their digestive tracts.
I've considered worm play, but my worms are not nearly sterile enough for my taste. I would love to hear your results should you choose to go ahead, though.
Also, now that I think of it, worms don't particularly care for warmth and heat, so if you're going to be putting them inside a vagina be prepared to douche in case fewer come out than went in. I'm pretty sure they cannot get into the uterus, but then I'm no expert on female anatomy. Anal worm play shouldn't be a problem, because they'll come out sooner or later, alive or not.
