In it you find this almost nude women (roxey) who you can just beat up again and again and she does not get violent

There's one, Deadly Reflex, that allows you to perform fatalities on your opponents, such as decapitations and what not.
It's a pretty good mod, but I'd like it more if the enemies could perform the fatalities on my character also.
There is a death camera so you can watch yourself die
I'd imagine there are plenty of extra blood and gore mods, there were for Morrowind at least. Also Morrowind > Oblivion.
Yes, I agree. I even made a topic about it on an oblivion mod forum requesting if someone could make a mod like that, but no one did.
I turn up the difficulty in this game pretty high. I love walking into a room and watching my girl get brutally murdered. It would be even better if the enemies could decapitate her.
