Always sterilize the surface and the razor before doing stuff like that.
Avoid liquids such as your piss and blood to enter the camera or contact its lenses - it may ruin image details, or cause malfunction.
If you wish to keep the two halves separate, use sterile and non-toxic separators only and change them with decreasing frequency until the wound fully heals. You may also want to sew together the edges, but also use sterile equipment only.
Also have some sort of surface-applied painkiller ready in case you change your mind about halfway.

If you really want to do that it depends on what ir your desire, do you want to have 2 clits, or you just want to play.
In you just snap it in to pieces, with razor blade, everything will bleed like hell and probably it will heal back into one crooked clit later.

if you cant to have 2 clits you need to keeps them separated during healing. easiest way to do that is not to cut it in to halfs at once, but do it gradually.
just pierce hole with small box-cutter knife then insert something inside and let it heal. then you can either keep you clit with hole in the center or you can cut what left or you can strech it.
I would say that sterilization is not a big priority here since you will have to wash everything anyway. since clit have very good blood supply there cant be any infections.

After this, you should try cutting your spinal cord in half. Like, split it along the sides. Infection is highly unlikely there.
