Is it just me, or is GC running EXTREMELY slowly as of late? (6)

It's been going on for about a week now, a page takes about five times as long to load, and half the time certain pages won't load at all. (It usually happens to me in Oekaki)

Anyone else notice this, or is it something on my end?
