Hi everyone, i have a memory issue to submit you, freaky stuff lovers. About fifteen years ago I watched two cartoons which disturbed me but unfortunately i can't remember their names or anything else. both were about mutants. in the first one the protagonists were mutant children. one of them was able to hold his head in his arms, playing with it like a ball. in the second cartoon, a more adult athmosphere in the future. flying cars. above all, mutants who hide from a so-called 'combine'. i remember a mutant looking like donald duck being shot. mutants get bombed while eating an ice cream near their shacks.
i'm sorry to bring it there, i would be happy to know what are these weird cartoons. i think there may be some nice content there.
I like your idea of finding this cartoon.
Dude, thanks to you, I just found Space Firebird 2772, an anime I saw maybe even 20 years ago! Some crispy live-target turret practice there (no blood, but cruelty against cute and fuckable beings) and if I'm right, there are also alien parasites that look like fried eggs (blue body with yellow eye). The main character has a female robot too.

The mutants in your first anime looked like pale and elderly children maybe? I've seen that, we've rented it during a Summer from a video store when I was 6 (yes, exactly). In the intro, a biker in a swamp snatched one of these kids who was standing there with a depressed expression (something like a zombie) to save him or something. I can't recall the title either, but I found it interesting. Resembles the prodigal kids in Akira.
I got my "Monster Basketball" that summer. You know that? A basketball with blue stitches and a green mutant face, one eye filled with pink maggots and its nose cut off?
your "monster basketball" sounds like a Mad Ball, to me.
Do the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles fill the requirements of anything you're looking for?
