Okay, so again, I'm 25... and I've been here for 3 years now.
My first long term relationship actually started thanks to guro and lasted for a whole year. I had a few short relationships since then (all honest), and now I seem to be once again bonding with someone for two weeks now. God, I feel old. I'm 26, and I've been "into" guro since (surprise surprise) Mortal Kombat came out. I didn't really know about the Japanese fascination with guro until my early internet weeaboo years- around 97, when me and my buddies stumbled on some pictures of anime chicks getting killed by tentacles. Ah, for the days of Ranma 1/2 and Netscape.

I'm 28 so don't freak out. I was first introduced to guro by way of a few Suehiro Maruo illustrations in a CD booklet when I was 14. I used to come here daily when we had a lot of translations released here and even a few translators taking requests. Now I'm only checking the boards every few weeks.

I've been here for about a year now. I discovered that I was into guro, along with a few other things, when I was about 11. However, I didn't come to Gurochan until last year. I found out about Gurochan from Pooshlmer. I asked for Touhou guro in a thread, and came close to getting lynched by half the users there. The other half, of course, were guro fans, who told me that Gurochan had some Touhou stuff from time to time. About two seconds of Google searching later, I was here. I've been pretty much addicted since, although I only lurked for a long time.
