I've thought about this several times too... Unfortunately I always think of the logistics. You need a group of people willing to shit and/or piss into the tub at the same time. Otherwise it'll cool off and go bad...
Best I've done is shit in my hand, masturbate with it getting my dick covered in it (not finishing), Then take one of those plastic cups (the bigger red ones), put my dick in and piss until my shit covered dick is soaking in piss, and take a sip. Also the motivation for character to be there? He also said he has had a lot requests to deal with, so it may take a while.

Woah awesome! I loved that story... Well, I don't know about everyone else, but I'm more of a act over final product person... So as long as we get a good description of the actual pooping and peeing, I'm fine with it.
Also, I think he shouldn't use some regular random school/ordinary/neighborhood girl, there's seriously too much of stories like that already... The characters should be a bit more special, like I don't know, celebrity or some famous person, or some sort of mutant/creature/alien/whatever. Something to move the margin away from the usual boring characters. These just came to my mind so I wrote them, but anything goes really.

Maybe more 40k and nurgle stuff? He likes that. Nurgle cultists in a shit orgy? Maybe the sewage plant from a hive city? Fucking in huge vats of shit, etc.

So, I sent him a prologue email with the collected ideas so far (this was earlier) and this is his response:

I think the ideas you suggested sound great, I was actually mulling over doing something of a similar nature, but knowing that someone else would be interested does give me incentive to start this.
From what you asked earlier and recently sent me, it will probably be something like this:
Basically a shit, disease and filth orgy between the cultists.They have gathered in the abandoned sewage treatment center in the depths of the hive city. They would all be infected in some way, ranging from a slight skin disease to those who are consumed with nurgle's rot. They would engage in scat acts, spreading diseases, letting shit pour from the large vats hanging above, That would serve as a prelude to the main act, where they would bring out the innocent and clean sacrifices, which would be abused (forced to eat shit, swallowing pus, etc.). They would then be sacrificed, Nurgle daemons would materialize from the warp and knock up the kinkiness a notch. Eventually the orgy would hit its peak and be over. Most of the citizens would clean themselves off and leave to resume their normal lives. Any cultists who infections had grown to great would stay in the center, letting their diseases fester and infecting any innocent soul who wanders near. Also slowly letting infections loose in the water supply, spreading Nurgle's wonderful gits...
How does that look as a rough outline? There is still time to make changes, especially as this will be at the very end of my request list.
I am also interested in following this up with the other gods cultists. Khorne, Tzeentch and Slaanesh. This would offer a change from the sister style (one on one) and let me write shorter stories (each part would only cover a single cultist gathering).

What do you mean, he seemed squeamy? Scat featured prominently in the intro and chapter 4. Apphia (the character) didn't really like it in chapter 1, but in chapter 4 she rimmed a corpse and then greedily ate the worm filled shit that came out. In the inro she let loose a huge load as part of her "orgasm"

Yeah the chapter 4 was really after lots of our requests already asked for scat, but previous chapters were just. Not too scat orientated, focusing on some other things, it just seemed to me that he wasn't completly into that idk.

I asked and he is delayed by two tg projects he took on. The blue alien one and something with battle sisters. And it was on the end of his long request list.
And he also said that he will rewrite the nurgle story chapters and then start chapter 5 when they are done.
