Brain: 1.3 kg (~2.87lb)
Hearth: 0.3 kg (~0.66lb; more for athletics)
Liver: 1.6 kg (~3.53lb)
Bones: 0.12*m
Meat: 0.4*m
So as formular (when u add heart and Liver): 0.4*m+0.3kg+1.6kg
For example, Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon, weigth: ~50kg ~110.23lb)
0.4*50kg+0.3kg+1,6kg=21.9kg (~48.28lb)

I think it's amazing but horrifying! I would love to see it done old fashion style(gathering in the center of a town to burn a hag).
